The Peck-o-Matic Model 631 tubing tong is a hydraulic powered tong for 1 5/16" tubing through 7" casing. The 631 has two hydrualic motors. One for speed and one for torque. With 35 GPM and 2000 psi make-up can be performed in 3.00 seconds per joint and breakout in 4.00 seconds. This tong produces a torque from 300 to 1500 ft-lbs in high gear and 1500 to 6000 ft-lbs in low gear.
